Terms of Delivery 1. Main Land 1.1 ABC Wood Flooring will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted by it, but delivery dates are given and intended as an estimate only. 1.2 ABC Wood Flooring will deliver only to the kerbside unless otherwise arranged. 1.3 ABC Wood Flooring must be advised at the point of sale whether there will be any difficulty either by access or otherwise which may cause delivery to be delayed or problematic. 1.4 Furthermore, if there are any circumstances whatsoever which prevent or delay delivery, ABC Wood Flooring shall not be bound to supply or make delivery of any goods ordered, nor shall it be liable for any damage or consequential loss or in any other way for failure to supply or delay when so prevented or delayed. 1.5 Delivery can only be made if the customer, or his/her representative, is present at the point of delivery. ABC Wood Flooring shall not be liable for any loss or damage or consequential loss or in any other way for failure to deliver is such failure is as a direct result of the customer, or his/her representative not being present. 1.6 Acceptance of quotation of order will be taken as acceptance of these conditions also. |
